How the co‑op is organized and run
The Port Orford Community Co‑op is an Oregon Cooperative Corporation, incorporated in November 2012. We're governed by our member-owners and managed by a volunteer board of directors. Below you'll find our founding documents and information about serving on the board.

Board of Directors
The co‑op is managed by a volunteer board of 5 to 7 directors, elected by member-owners at the annual meeting. Directors serve three-year terms and receive no compensation other than a volunteer discount.
All directors must be member-owners of the co‑op. The board meets at least once per quarter.
